Abstract
Posthumanist philosophy shifts the focus away from independent, human-centred thinking toward diverse, pluralistic modes of knowledge. It adopts the idea that human agency is interconnected with a broad network of other actors, such as contemporary intelligent machines, most prominently embodied in artificial intelligence. This research discusses the relationship and interconnection between architecture in its posthuman form and technology, selecting artificial intelligence as a model of this technology, as it represents the most significant technical and intellectual revolution at present. The study examines posthumanism as a radical theoretical model that seeks to transcend the limitations of human thought and anthropocentrism. The methodology is based on a conceptual framework integrating posthumanism, architecture, and artificial intelligence within a posthuman vision, alongside a review of existing literature on the subject. The study explores and links these concepts to develop a theoretical framework that employs posthuman thought architecturally, clarifying the impact of artificial intelligence on contemporary architecture and contributing to a projected model for future architecture.
