Abstract
Abstract
A suitable and comfortable house is one of the main aims of man's life. Recently,
many problems emerged in balancing many factors like cost, quality, appearance; particularly
in identiffing criteria that are related to this field. The objective of this research are concerned
with naming relevant criteria that are effected in perfonring low cost housing. Research
methodology is locused on handling , identifying low cost criteria and analyzing the
construction process in traditional building. The study condition is concern in providing
various knouledge about reducing building rnaterials, tinre and cost ; also, increasing
efficiency of housing rvithout neglecting aesthetical principles that effects the perfonrrance
of low cost housing projects.
الملخص
یعتبر توفیر السکن الملائم والمریح أحد أهم الأهداف التی یسعى الأنسان الى تحقیقه فی حیاته، إذ برزت فی
الآونة الأخیرة مشاکل عدیدة ارتبطت بهذا الجانب وبشکل خاص ما یتعلق منها بالموازنة بین عدة عوامل تخص کل من الکلفة والکفاءة والمظهر. لذلک فقد ترکزت مشکلة البحث فی "عدم وجود معاییر محددة ودقیقة لتحقیق السکن واطئ الکلفة"، وترکز هدف البحث فی "محاولة تحدید بعض تلک المعاییر من خلال أتباع منهج بحثی یتناول العوامل المؤثرة فی الکلفة وتحلیل عملیة البناء التقلیدیة وطرح أهم سماتها وأقتراح بعض خطوات الترشید"، وقد توصل البحث الى تحدید عدة معاییر تتعلق بالأقتصاد فی المواد البنائیة، وتقلیل زمن وکلفة الإنجاز مع زیادة کفاءة الوحدة السکنیة دون إهمال المبادئ الجمالیة والتی ترتبط بمشاریع الإسکان واطئ الکلفة.
