Abstract
the aim of this study is to propose a system for using precast units in
isolated footings used in skeleton buildings in Iraq as an altemative to the
conventional methods.
Comprehensive analysis to these conventional methods was made, their
advantages and disadvantages are speci{ied, then the precast system altemative was
propor"d which is compared with the conventional methods fiom technical, execution
& duration factors .
The results and the conclusions of the study show a marked privellage of the
proposed precast footing system comparing with the conventional methods.
یشمل البحث طرح لاسلوب مقترح لاستخدام الوحدات الجاهزة فی الأسس المنفردة الهیکلیة فی
العراق کبدیل للأسالیب التقلیدیة المستخدمة فی تنفیذ هذه الأسس وذلک باحراء تحلیل شامل للأسالیب التقلیدیة
من حیث سلبیاتها وایجابیاتها، ومن ثم تقدیم البدیل المقترح وذلک بمقارنة تفاصیله مع الاسلوب التقلیدی من
النواحی التقنیة والتنفیذیة والمدة الزمنیة. أن نتیجة البحث تمثلت بالأفضلیة الواضحة لاستخدام الوحدات
الجاهزة عن الأسالیب التقلیدیة.
